Founded in 2002 in the Newtown area of Johns Creek, our practice has grown to meet the needs of the North Fulton Community, taking pride in serving each patient with compassionate and attentive care. Our board certified physicians, Dr. Syed W. Rizvi and Diego Herrera, DO focus on the whole patient, promoting wellness and providing diagnosis and treatment for acute and chronic medical conditions.
